AROMA:
The scent is very pleasant and varied. After teasing the tastebuds a relatively pronounced variable composition appears, consisting of an intense aroma of peaches and gooseberries, enlivened by a touch of higher acidity and minerality in the background.

TASTE:
The taste of the wine is alluring with a strong mineral texture, it gives a full impression with a balanced content of residual sugar and acid. Which together with the fruitiness creates a pleasurable experience.

FOOD PAIRING:
It goes well with white meat dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables and salads.
