The scent is very pleasant, usual to this variety. After teasing the tastebuds, a relatively pronounced variable composition appears, consisting of an intense aroma of peaches and sweet yellow apples, enlivened by a touch of fresh acidity and minerality in the background.
The taste is less complicated, slightly spicy with a juicy firm texture and harmonious acidity. The aftertaste shows the peach taste typical of the Sauvignon variety and the mild spiciness and juiciness of the ripe acid of the Veltlin green variety. Overall, it gives a full impression with a balanced content of acid and residual sugar.
It goes well with white meat dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables and salads.
