Richer colour with a golden yellow tint.

AROMA:
Intense complex scent is presented in tones of ripe apricots. A hint of linden blossom with a honey undertone appears in the background.

TASTE:
The taste develops a strong varied acidity with honey responses in a moderately built body. The high acid prolongs the persistence of the wine until the lime aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING:
It perfectly complements cold appetisers, fish preparations, or more spicy preparations of pork or poultry meat.
