AROMA:
A modern bouquet and reductive process present a richer aroma of meadow flowers, ground white pepper and minerality. After exhalation, sweet peaches appear.
TASTE:
The taste is less complicated, slightly spicy with a juicy firm texture. In the aftertaste appears a freshness of citrus fruits.

Served with hard cheeses, seafood, steaks, stewed chicken, duck and goose.
